Kommunarka Factory is one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in the Republic of Belarus.
In 2014, the range of manufactured chocolate was significantly expanded: with whole hazelnuts, raisins, salted peanuts, dried fruits.
Nowadays the products of the well-known Belarusian brand can be purchased in the frame of Tax Free system in Lakomka brand store located in Minsk, Nezavisimosti Ave., Bld. 19.
A little bit about Chocolate
Chocolate has lots of first-degree relatives. All of them are real representatives of the chocolate family.
Dark chocolate contains at least 45% of cocoa products (cocoa liquor and cocoa butter), bitter - from 45 to 87%.
Dessert chocolate has tenderer flavor than its brethren: in that case cocoa is blended with special care. Thus, it takes chocolate mass longer to cook.
Milk chocolate always contains milk powder. Cocoa products in it are up to 35%.
Porous chocolate consists of usual ingredients. The only difference is that at the final stage of production, carbon dioxide is “blown into” the chocolate mass under pressure.
