This privacy policy applies to the provision of the Tax Free service

Data usage

RUE “Beltamozhservice” uses data provided by Customers in order to provide the Tax Free service - VAT refund.
In addition, RUE “Beltamozhservice” analyzes  the data (country of residence) of Customers to study the demand for Tax Free service. RUE “Beltamozhservice” processes personal data of Customers (any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution, provision, deletion of personal data).
The processing of personal data of Customers at RUE “Beltamozhservice” is carried out taking into account the need to ensure the protection of their rights and freedom on the basis of the following principles:

• carried out on a legal and fair basis;
• proportionate to the stated purposes of processing and ensures a fair balance of interests of all interested parties at all stages of such processing;
• obtaining Customer's consent to the processing of his/ her personal data, with the exception of cases mentioned at the relevant legislative acts;
• limitations of processing to achieve specific, predetermined legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data of Customers is not allowed, if it is incompatible with the originally stated purposes of their processing;
• the content and volume of the processed personal data of Customers correspond to the stated purposes of their processing. The processed personal data are not redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing;
• is transparent.

Customer may be provided with relevant information regarding the processing of his/ her personal data. The storage of Customers' personal data is carried out in a form that allows Customers to be identified, and within the following time frame:

• for electronic information about the movement of checks for VAT refund — within 10 years from the date of assignment of a unique number;
• for VAT refund check — within 5 years from the date of registration.

Data protection

RUE “Beltamozhservice” takes measures to guarantee safe storage and processing of Your personal data.
RUE “Beltamozhservice” when processing personal data of Customers:

• takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect Customers’ personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of Customers' personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data;
• assigns a structural unit or specialists responsible for the implementation of internal control over the processing of personal data of Customers;
• informs Customer in the prescribed manner about the availability of his/ her personal data, provides an opportunity to familiarize himself/ herself with these personal data when contacting and (or) receiving requests from Customers, unless otherwise is not provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
• stops processing and destroys the personal data of Customers in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of usage of personal data;
• performs other actions provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of usage of personal data.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Customer's data (number and term of the bank card) are transferred to the Banking Processing Center, Belarusbank and the bank that issued Customer's bank card for the VAT refund procedure. RUE “Beltamozhservice” entrusts the processing of Customer's personal data to a Trade Organization, a duty-free shop (hereinafter referred to as authorized persons) on the basis of an agreement concluded with this organization. The agreement contains the following information:

• the purpose of processing of Customers’ personal data;
• list of actions that will be performed with the personal data of Customers by an authorized person;
• obligations to maintain the confidentiality of Customers' personal data;
• measures to ensure the protection of personal data of Customers in accordance with article 17 of the Law of the protection of personal data.

Your rights  

Customer has the right to access his/ her personal data held by RUE “Beltamozhservice”. 
Customers are entitled to:

• withdrawal of consent to the processing of his/ her personal data;
• receiving information regarding the processing of his/ her personal data and changing his/ her personal data;
• requirement to stop the processing of his/ her personal personal data and (or) their deletion;
• appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of RUE “Beltamozhservice” related to the processing of his personal data.
